|Recommended: YesBells Bluff is the best apartment complex and my first apartment complex. I never lived on my own until now but Property Management is absolutely amazing, They help with everyone's concerns. The Leasing agents are phenomenal. Katie explained everything and even went step by step on the application process, and Maintenance is amazing and is so friendly. I've never been happier in my life and I am so happy to have chosen Bells Bluff as my home.

|Recommended: YesLove It Here — I've lived here for about a month and I absolutely love it It's quiet while 15 minutes from downtown. The amenities are amazing and I love gorgeous views. Maintenance is super quick with their work orders.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how truly grateful I am for the amazing experience I’ve had since moving into Bells Bluff Apartments.
From the very start, Olivia has been absolutely phenomenal. She made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth and worry-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel right at home from day one.
I also want to extend my appreciation to Taylor, who has been equally fantastic. She made sure I felt welcomed and has been quick to address any concerns or questions with such care and efficiency. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about the residents’ experience, and it truly shows.
This is my very first apartment, and I can honestly say I’ve never been so happy and pleased. I feel safe, secure, and at peace here. The breathtaking views of the river and mountains are nothing short of heavenly—it’s like being on vacation every single day. Coupled with the top-notch amenities, Bells Bluff offers a luxuriously lifestyle that’s hard to beat.

|Recommended: YesI called Bells Bluff home for 4 years and absolutely loved it. I loved that it didn't feel like living in a city. I always felt safe. The staff were always super friendly and maintenance was always quick to respond if I had any issues. Highly recommend if you're looking into moving to Nashville.

|Recommended: YesLike Living In A Mountain Resort — Living here is like being at a resort on a mountain. Wildlife, views of the river and nature, and constant fresh air, as well as free coffee in the main building make this place feel magical.
